Mail monitor & anchors

In System config → Agent control:

1. Ensure the tenant has subscription or invite entitlement (except platform admin).
2. Click Start mail_monitor.

Notes:

• A global scheduler (about every minute) polls IMAP only for tenants that started monitoring, have entitlement, and enabled mail config.
• After app restart or re-enabling monitor, polling uses the current time as anchor — messages before the anchor are not processed (avoids re-running old mail).
