Save IMAP/SMTP mailbox

In System config → Mail:

1. Fill IMAP / SMTP host, port, SSL, account, app password.
2. Click Save mail settings.
3. Use Test IMAP / Test SMTP (SMTP test sends one message to the same mailbox).

Notes:

• One active mail config per tenant; saves update the same row.
• Send and receive use this mailbox: booking requests, pre-booking forwards, manifest/VGM, and IMAP polling all use it.
