What is monitored

  • Mailbox: the enabled corporate IMAP inbox from mail settings.
  • Flow: incremental fetch → dedupe by Message-ID → parse subject/body/attachment names → classify → extract project ID → update project and workflow.
  • Project ID: prefer subject, label-stripped body snippet, attachment filenames (e.g. TXHSZYUK + digits). Ask customers to put the project ID clearly in subject or filenames.
