What the system does

This guide explains how to complete day-to-day work in the web console: mailbox setup, projects, approvals, and the shipment flow through manifest and VGM.

The system monitors your configured corporate mailbox inbox (IMAP), classifies messages, groups files by project ID, and can send booking requests, forward pre-booking, and email manifest + VGM to your customer when rules are met.

Optional human approval before send: after approval, only the frozen recipient/subject/body/attachments are sent.
