Carrier & booking-office email

In System config → Mail → Carriers & templates:

• Maintain at least one default carrier (check “default”) and its booking-office email (receives booking requests and optional manifest copies).
• Projects may set shipping_line_code to pick another row; otherwise the default is used.

Without a default booking-office address, automated booking requests fail (missing recipient).
