For international forwarding and customs workflows: multi-agent + LLM assistance on booking letters, pre-advice, customs document packs (often including commercial invoices and packing lists), and seal lists—driving booking requests, forwarding, manifest & VGM. Sensitive sends can be approved first. Focused on mail & document automation, not carrier voyage tracking.

• After sign-in, a project console shows each shipment’s status, attachments, generated files, history, and outbound queue in one place
• Smarter documents: classify customs-related packs from filenames and body text, extract fields from spreadsheets, PDFs, and email—less retyping (human review still recommended at critical steps)
• Booking, documentation, manifest / VGM, and more are split across agents; admins can enable or disable each step
• Outbound mail can freeze recipients, subject, body, and attachments so approval preview matches the actual send
• Use an invite code at registration: valid codes grant a free trial period per platform rules (one redemption per account).
